I need some advice please regarding my 4 year old daughter who is currently at Rosemead nursery. She has also been offered reception places this year for st dunstans, sydenham high and herne hill. We live in dulwich and we really like japs and alleyns but it appears very difficult to gain entry to both these schools and we are not sure which of the above schools may prepare her later on for their assessments. Has anyone had experience with these schools and entry then later on to either jags or alleyns? Have you got any recommendations please? She is well settled at rosemead however if necessary we would rather get her in the right school now than later on. Many thanks for any advice or recommendations.

Hi I have a 2 year old girl who is very active and loves running around. (She hardly ever sits!) I mostly take her over the weekends outdoors to the parks to run around but really would like to know if anyone can recommend any indoor activities or classes for her age on Saturdays please. Thanks for your help Sarah

Hi thank you both so much for the advice... to be honest I am counting days down now as I am having an elective Csec after a terrible first emerg csec with my first one... I also think the hips have got worse with having my 17 month girl around although I am really careful with lifting her now. I will try the stretches and certainly ice pack might work... I have been wearing the mat belt now continously for 3 weeks when walking around which definetly helps.... swimming sounds like a good idea and I actually used to go loads during my first pregnancy but somehow have not during this one but will give it a go. Thanks again and hopefully see you tommorrow, xx

Hi I am due in 3 weeks and would love to meet some local mums to be. I am not sure if it would be ok if I could meet you all this evening as I am free. I am really suffering with my hip at the moment and not sure if anyone can recommend a good local physiotherapist. I went to see a physiotherapist under the NHS at Chelsea and Westminster hospital and all they did was give me crutches and said there is not much they could do till I deliver. However, no treatment was offered and I refuse to use the crutches. Any recommendations?
