  1. I just knew somebody would play the poverty, broken families, lack of education card. Does that also mean that the individuals sense of free will goes out of the window also? Yes david_carnell, you're right, you are talking bollocks. The sort of bollocks that says it's ok for an individual to do anything they want, if they are poor, uneducated, from a broken home, etc; and when it goes belly up, blame someone else.
  2. Train to Skaville - Ethiopians
  3. I'm not about to offer any solution to this so called "problem". It is yet another example of people not taking responsibilty for their actions and expecting someone else to sweep up their mess. Why should I or anyone else be expected to help people who only ever think of themselves and hang the consequences. The vast majority of under age mums are exactly as I've described them, and I do not apologise for my views in this respect. You'll excuse the pun but, as the old saying goes, you made your bed, now lie in it!!
  4. Long train running - Doobie Brothers (TUNE)
  5. Why are teen pregnancies so high? - Is it because they can't keep their legs together? Or because they are stupid vacuous, no brain, no life, wasters, with very little by way of expectations and ambition other than pusing a pram around before their 16th birthday? I have very little sympathy for such people. Move on.
  6. Day we went to Bangor - Fiddlers Dram

Ah yes...... who could possibly forget this mighty opus from the pens of those gargantuans of the rock world.........................CHAS & DAVE.(RABBIT, RABBIT, RABBIT ad nauseaum)
  8. How can we hang on to a dream - Tim Hardin
  9. For the love of you - Isley Brothers
  10. Just seen a posting by Spadetownboy re the Arse on another thread. I wasn't going to mention it but as he is clearly one of these Manc loving types (who isn't a manc, doesn't live in Manc chester and so on and so on), it was good to see just how wonderful they are as they were beaten by a team in that home of elite football, Saudi Arabia. Reminded me of the time they went swanning off to South America to take part in a nothing tournament, forsaking the FA cup, only have their collective arses kicked. In the first round. Yes they are truly wonderful. :))

  12. Fair play to spurs, but what the feck was Adebayor on last night? It would be nice to see a Spurs Everton final, but I've a feeling Chavski will be the team facing Spurs and I hate to say it but I can see Chavski winning the final. Nonetheless, well done Spurs.
  13. The kids are alright - The Who
  14. Keef, Kuyt had a bit of stinker last night. He took a touch when he didn't need to and shot when he should have taken a touch. Why Babel didn't start remains a mystery. Such are the ways of Rafa.
  15. Fattie fattie - Clancy Eccles
  16. Ring of fire - johnny Cash
  17. Jah, no mate, all my so called friends who could have supplied a ticket decided they wanted to go themselves. Selfish swine!!!! I'll have to put up with watching us play Keegans Toons with my eldest son on saturday. I would galdly have swapped those tickets for tonight, but what ya gonna do?
  18. I've just seen the Arsenal squad for tonight. It includes Hleb, Adebayor, Fabregas, Gilberto, Flamini, Sagna, & Eduardo. Could it be Le Boss has decided to take the Worthless cup (semi)seriously? Whether or not they play is something else, but he has included them in a 16 man squad.
  19. Sugar Sugar - The Archies
  20. Stay with me - Rod & Faces
  21. Isn't it funny how the much maligned Crouch saves the day yet again. If I was in his shoes I'd hand in a transfer request and get myself to a club where I would be in the starting line up every week. He deserves it.
  22. here I go again - Archie Bell & The Drells
  23. It must be tough for players on obscene amounts of money being put under pressure because of board room unrest!! Oh please. Just how many more badly performing footballers going to dig up excuses for turning in rubbish performances. It's enough to make you want to turn to watching rugby!!!!!!!!

  25. The game on Setanta tonight was better than recent fare on this channel. I can just hear the Everton fan at my office saying "Rafas' Beneath us" tomorrow morning. Apparently this is what passes for Evertonian wit.
