  2. Anyone done one of these dinner parties at home? Are they any good?
  3. Second that, used Chris following a recommendation. He was fast, efficient and really reliable. Highly recommend!!!!
  4. Hi, I am returning work 5 days a week in the next month I am looking for childcare recommendations for my 17 month old daughter around the East Dulwich area (ideally in close proximity to ED station/Goose Green area)please get in touch if you know anyone/ can recommend anyone Thanks in advance
  5. How exactly can "they" be taking the benefits too if they have taken all the jobs as you put it?
  6. I wouldnt say some are unemployable, no one is unemployable, they may not be able to get a job that they particularly like, but they can still get a job. Problem is there arent enough jobs to go around because of the screwed up economy, and the ones that are available for people with little or no skills are pretty hard working and therefore some would rather not do them.
  7. When a tennabt signs their tenancy agreement they are agreeing to Schedule 2 of the 1985 Housing Act. In the case of those that participated in the riots the relevant condition will usually read along the lines We might terminate your tenancy if you or a member of your household or a visitor does anything which causes, or is likely to cause a nuisance to anyone in the local area, or you allow your home to be used for immoral or illegal purposes The actions of the rioters constitute a nuisance in the local area and those who have looted shops and returned goods to their homes have allowed their homes to be used for immoral purposes.
  8. There is currently a provision for the eviction of council tennants in situations exactly like this, so that can do it if they want. i think that The Labour council in Greenwich are the first ones likely to push it through. Unlike some other unfounded, made up posts there does not need to be any change to the law as it stands.

  10. Not really Jeremy. Havent you heard we want to invite all of those lovely, pleasent rioters down to ED from all over Southwark as they come and see their probation officers. Maybe DJKQ could stand out in the street and give them cups of tea and cake, whilst rehabilitating them. Strange isnt it how teh otehr day you wanted to use water cannon and batons against these kids, and now want to invite them over for tea and crumpets- amazing what fear does to a person isnt it and how quickly they forget.
  11. Not really just looking for some indication that you understand that this isnt the bloody DJKillaQueen show- it s apublic forum where people will voice opinions, and that yours is not always right. Fair enough you have your own views but you have no right to try and bully people into accepting them, or be so ignorant to stand there and say that your views are the only right ones. It quite simple pi**es people off as has been proven today, again!!!!

  13. Its pretty amazing that the DJ lady does not event live in ED but still insists on sticking her beak into ED business.
