Hello I was appaulled by service standards when I went into the new Foxtons on Lordship lane to be sitting there for 20mins, I made eye contact with everyone and they just looked away. I walked out in anger and thought I may get a better reception by a small independent who actually needs my custom. So I travelled down the high street and ended up in Osbourne Stewart who I have never really considered for letting my property. I was greated within 1 min of entering the premises by a smiley young man who offered me a seat and a cup of coffee, I felt at home!, I was asked my requirements and everything I was saying was being acknowledged not like some of the other agents like bushells who look in the other direction when you are speaking to them. i will be definatley using Osbourne-Stewart again as they have supplied me with a great service and a great tenant with very low fees to me and my tenant!
