Hello, Just wondered if anyone is totally infuriated by the fact that Westo Hill Sorting office firstly, never answer their phone and secondly, seem to wait until they have a pile of your undelivered parcels before trying to redeliver? I have been waiting weeks (2-3?) now for roughly 10 items which still havent arrived. I have been staying in everyday in hope that they will arrive but at the same time missing the opportunity to actually drive up there and pick the parcels up/ Just wondered if anyone is experiencing the same problem?
