  1. As one of the people who signed up to this challenge I can say how rewarding it was both from a physical challenge and a team building exercise. Darren and Ali set an outcome based plan that you could measure your progress against. We then met once a month for a two hour session to train together and form the team bond. In the end we were voluntarily meeting more than that to train together. As for the actual challenge it was great fun and again Darren and Ali managed the team through every obstacle and mile. We even managed to 'go big' at the after party!
  2. I wanted to get fit/lose weight and was recommended this boot camp which I started about 5 months ago. Its great, highly recommend it. Good trainers, levels for everyone and a very friendly bunch. My body shape is changing! Post Christmas I stepped it up and organised some PT sessions with Darren, one of the trainers. They are just fantastic and I'm really seeing the benefits. So if you are looking for something to get you going or something different then check out the link. http://www.fitfunactive.co.uk/group-excercise/boot-camp/
  3. Hi, just did a free trial session with Darren on Peckham Rye this morning and really enjoyed. Being unfit I was nervous but everyone was very friendly and Darren is a great instructor pushing everyone to their max whilst managing different levels of fitness. I'm certainly going back. 4. Hi, I can also recommend Andy, I made contact with him last week after reading these posts. He came round to assess jobs then emailed me the prices that night and was here the next day completing the lists. Hes polite, clean and tidy.
