I want to recommend my personal trainer too. I usually go in fits and spurts and either gym most nights of the week for about a month but then drop to nothing. Basically I need encouragement and motivation and with Gokay I have found this. I now train two nights a week with him and this has been for a while and so far I am showing no signs of quitting!! He is really good at changing the exercises so I don't get bored and know just how far to push me.? This is the best I have felt in ages and I really look forward to my sessions with him. Ps. Outdoor training is much better than training in the gym.
