My daughter used to be the same. I remembered I spend lots of time to make food for her and tried to feed her. Sometimes I had to turn on the TV so I could fed her as much as possible while she was watching TV. She was extremely hard and drove me mad every dinner time. But when she was 2.5 ys she just suddenly changed her attitude. she is nearly 3 and eats everyhting. If she doesn?t want any lunch, I don?t give her anything till dinner. Sometimes she just has 2 meals a day but she is very healthy.(even she is smaller than other children)
