  1. Hi there, just thought I would drop in a recommendation for Joanna and her great cleaning company EthiCo. They've been cleaning my place for about a year now - it's always impeccable after they've been around, and smells wonderful thanks to their eco-friendly cleaning products. We recently moved and Joanna's team deep cleaned the old place, including the oven which I had neglected somewhat over the years. It was like brand new afterwards! They are fast, really friendly and trustworthy so if you're looking for a great cleaning company to make your place spick and span and smelling great, I cannot recommend EthiCo high enough! Contact details below. Joanna Nowak EthiCO London 0747 209 5575 [email protected] Cheers, TheNeverPress
  2. Another thumbs up for Fernando from me. He did a fantastic job on our garden today. Booked in short notice, he arrived bang on time and got straight to it. Garden looks brilliant now!
  3. Amazing food! Can't recommend enough...been to Jessie's pop-up twice this week and the food is so, so good. I might be addicted to the sausage rolls.
  4. I would whole-heartedly recommend Fernando. He was extremely friendly, polite and did a wonderful job on my garden. Will definitely be calling on him again. Thank you!
  5. Hi there, I'm looking for a reliable gardener to give my rear courtyard garden a bit of a tidy. Not much back breaking work involved - some weeding, a pond to skim, moss to scrape out of flagstones etc. I think it should be a solid afternoons work. PM me with a quote or to discuss a suitable time to come over and have a look at the work, or if you have any recommendations of people I can contact Thanks!
  6. Hi Jane, If at all possible, I'd like to pop along to the evening session. I currently work from home video editing and other bits and bobs. However, I am also currently in the process of setting up a small indie book publishing house. A sort of punk rock label for books, if you will. I would love to have a chat about it and get some expert advice! So if it's OK, I'll pop along to the EDT? Cheers, Graham
  7. Hey pjal - thanks for that! I will check him out Cheers! TNP
  8. Hi there, I am looking for a good guitar tutor to help me make my axe sing. I'm looking for a local teacher to come to my house if possible for an afternoon lesson, perhaps for an hour or two a week. daytime preferable. I have both acoustic and electric guitars (small amp) I haven't played in many years, and even then I was rubbish (self taught) So I don't mind starting again and learning the correct techniques from the ground up. I like rock music, but I'm also very interested in learning classical guitar too. As a goal, I'd like to one day (this year) comfortably get through Buckley's cover of Hallelujah...at present, I have trouble even spelling it. Anyway, if you think you can help me out then please PM me with your details/experience/rates etc and we'll take it from there. Cheers GT
  9. PS - book two will be released in a few months, book three a few months later and so on...
  10. That's the plan. But it won't be a sixteen-part continuous story. More a compendium of adventures set in the world established by 'Hats off to Brandenburg.' That's the idea, anyway
  11. Good afternoon! TheNeverPress are happy to announce that 'Hats off to Brandenburg' by ED resident Graham Thomas is now available on kindle and paperback from amazon - a snip at two quid for the ebook! http://www.theneverpress.com/assets/snippets/phpthumb/phpThumb.php?src=/assets/images/books/distressed_brandenburg.jpg&w=160&h=288&f=jpg London, 1815 - The Roxy Playhouse is in trouble. The Roxy Playhouse Irregulars, those libertine artists and dreamers, are up to their necks in debt - ?Pay up in one month or its curtains for you all!? Dark times lead to drastic schemes and so the Irregulars decide to reinvent themselves as ?performance thieves?, infiltrate High Society and ?Robin Hood? their way through it. However, getting embroiled in a dark and deadly plot to destroy the Monarchy was never part of their script. The Roxy Irregulars will have to stage the performance of their lives if they want to save the day and make it home in time for last orders. ?Hats off to Brandenburg? is a romantic heist adventure set in a heightened, fantastical version of Regency London. It's the first of a sixteen book series that follows the Roxy Players as they are swept off around the globe on grand adventures. Here's chapter one read with gusto by Luke Searle - Hats off to Audio Books If there are any local bloggers, reviewers or journos who'd like a review copy of 'Hats off to Brandenburg' or to talk about other upcoming projects, do drop us an email at [email protected] Thanks for your time, and enjoy the bank holiday weekend! 12. Good afternoon all! We at TheNeverPress are gearing up to release the new novel by ED resident Graham Thomas (author of TheNeverPages)and wondered if there were any bloggers, reviewers and/or journalists around who would like a complimentary copy for their review purposes? The book, 'Hats off to Brandenburg' is a historical romance/heist-adventure. London, 1815 and The Roxy Playhouse Irregulars, those libertine artists and dreamers, are up to their necks in debt. ?Pay up in one month or its curtains for you all?. ?Ocean?s Eleven out drinking with 'The Scarlet Pimpernel? is the best way of describing the style and tone of the book. Like Conan-Doyle?s London or Marquez?s Cartagena, the world of ?Brandenburg? is a heightened and fantastical vision of Regency England. It would be lovely to get some early reviews out there so if you are interested, PM us with some info regarding your blog/paper/site/credentials and we'll get you a nice physical copy (or pdf if you prefer)and an invite to the launch party! That's it for now, more news regarding the release coming soon. Thanks for your time, TheNeverPress
  13. Good morning all, I?m an ED writer and as you may, or may not recall, my first book 'TheNeverPages' was released in paperback and on Kindle recently ? www.theneverpages.com My second book, ?Hats off to Brandenburg? a regency heist adventure story is in its final stages of editing and designing. As this is a self released project, I?m sounding out some funding for the art work and for the first print run. http://www.indiegogo.com/media/primary_picture/71195/full/592729.png?1301502756 I have set up a funding page where, in return for contributions, you can receive some nice goodies (signed artwork, 1st editions etc etc) If anyone is interested in supporting a local writer getting a project up and running, then please check out the page and see what you think! http://www.indiegogo.com/Hats-off-to-Brandenburg-an-adventure-novel-by-Graham-Thomas As you can see, there are some attractive perks in getting involved. But, if you don?t want to contribute you can still be a part of this venture by becoming a fan of ?Hats off to Brandenburg? on facebook and spreading the word: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Hats-Off-To-Brandenburg/113018095420403 Thanks for your time and support, means a lot. Kind regards TheNeverPress [email protected]
