If you're in search of Great fresh, tasty fish and amazing chips, I thoroughly recommend Harbour 321 in Sydenham (Kirkdale/Crystal Palace way) They are near the train station, just opened on Monday. If you're in the area, as we were today, or like me are happy to travel for great fish and chips, you have to try. Lovely friendly staff, you can dine in if you like, better than any I have tasted in London. Not too far from ED, on the 176 or a 15 minute cycle. Thought it worth a recommendation, especially for those ex ED residents that have relocated there, delicious!

Peddar, KFH, Winkworth certainly seem to play the game, over priced, competitive viewings or just arrogant and rude. Sure I'd say the same of Foxtons but they really do seem low on stock, however very aggressive sales, pushing properties on to us, which we'd already said no to.
