Anyone interested in this sorry saga over the years should look at some back issues of "Private Eye" who have carried details of this on-going scandalmany times.

Actually, all the roundabouts on Underhill have this problem! Basically, too many driver's don't know/care about giving way to traffic from the right. Agree the Upland one presents it's own particular hazards though
