I need some help with a few relatively minor jobs so am seeking quotes / recommendations. Jobs include: 1) replacing a recirculating oven extractor with a externally vented extractor (inc creating vent etc.) 2) add a couple of electric sockets to our kitchen (brick wall and wiring already exposed). 3) replace a small upvc window in our kitchen. 4) replace side gate/frame 5) quote for installation of a new patio in garden (approx 4.2m x 4.8m) Thanks in advance

I would advise against Professional Building Services (Pat), they didn't even turn up for 2 appointments!! What a waste of time!

I'm seeking some recommendations for a general handyman who can advise & fix a damp wall in our kitchen including fixing the wet/rotten kitchen sideboard round the sink area. Then make room for a dishwasher underneath where a cupboard currently stands. Many thanks.
