Depends where they have been picking the 37 up from. If at Goose Green area, 176 only is faster than getting to a (3)63 point by a long way. Plus, with a bus pass, you get a huge amount of other possible bus combinations along the same route. (There can sometimes be days when the fastest route is P13, 68, 1, 11, for example)

176 to Trafalgar Square, then walk for five minutes. From Goose Green, that would be about an hour, maybe a little longer between 7 and 9.
