As much as I love Amanda's dog, he/she ran up from behind and jumped at my legs yesterday whilst on the sprint which tripped me. Initially, I was worried that I could of hurt her/him but when I got home I realised that actually, I could have fallen flat on my face particularly during the sprint part and I've got scratch marks on my leg from where he/she had jumped up. Sorry to sound negative, I do think she/he is a lovely dog and obviously loves running with us but I don't want to sustain any injuries other than muscle aching!
