It's fine I'm ok thank you and thanks Lady D, really appreciate that :)

As much as I love Amanda's dog, he/she ran up from behind and jumped at my legs yesterday whilst on the sprint which tripped me. Initially, I was worried that I could of hurt her/him but when I got home I realised that actually, I could have fallen flat on my face particularly during the sprint part and I've got scratch marks on my leg from where he/she had jumped up.

Sorry to sound negative, I do think she/he is a lovely dog and obviously loves running with us but I don't want to sustain any injuries other than muscle aching!

Apologies, I'm up north this weekend to see mi Mum for Mothers day, will be back next week though with the water bottles!
