Hi Catherine Welcome to East Dulwich! the group is a great way to get back into fitness - I started at the beginning of the year as a chronically unfit person but have gradually noticed an improvement with my stamina over the weeks and even ran a 5k last month - a first for me! Look forward to meeting you in a few weeks :)
  2. Great session this morning, thanks McCabe -lovely to be running in the spring sunshine at last. Will be rocking the purple t-shirt next week :))
  3. Thanks McCabe - It's a yay :)) - 5k Red nose day run sounds great and no Peckham Rye to contend with so that's a bonus. Will also try and bag myself one of those t-shrts and drop by EDT on thurs eve - see you then!
  4. I`ve been recovering from a virus for last 3 weeks but hope to be back to full fitness next week - I`ve missed the morning sessions (even the rainy cold ones!) so can't wait to get back into it :-) Shakira
