  2. I've had Acer and Lenovo both very good, 14.6 inch screen size and I would suggest Computer Exchange, which I bought one from a few months ago online for ?85 and I also purchased one through EDF similar price! https://uk.webuy.com/ I've also heard HP are good and I would avoid Toshiba from personal experience
  3. Is it a wireless printer? if so and you have the option send it to your phone to print. I've got similar issue no printing from laptop but I can print from my phone wirelessly. Weird!
  4. Hello, this looks great! Can I get more info please? is there a number I can call? thank you, Cam [email protected]

  9. Hello everyone, I'm a local resident and an MSc student. For my final major psychology research project, I am investigating the perception of the police through a survey. Feel free to share with anyone who is eligible, as I need as many participants as possible! Thank you :-) Camille [email protected]
  10. Did Goodrich one, but any others that has a good turnout of buyers? I have quite a few kids books and boys clothes, with a few ladies bits so no furniture/vintage items. Thanks! Cam
  11. Thank you to those that have completed, it's greatly appreciated!

  13. The filter light turning right onto Calton Ave is not working, as I have experienced everyday driving through the area and reported to TFL today via their website. Hopefully get a response soon, as I agree with others that it's nonsense and an accident waiting to happen, especially as it worked fine before the new road layout! Hopefully a few others have/will report as well, so that they can get moving on this (no pun intended!). Just opposite a primary school and area with such heavy footfall of children going through is just not good enough!
  14. Hello, To echo others I agree it's definitely not too late, this is a ever changing employment market and people are retraining and changing careers far more than ever. In terms of your CV, perhaps try a 'skills based' one rather than traditional. There are also various careers support available, including the National Careers Service to offer support and they have a website and advisers you can talk with. I myself am a Careers Adviser (but with young people in school), but if you'd like I could reach out to a Careers Adviser friend who works with adults to see what support he recommends? If not - good luck!
  15. Anyone else noticed the filter light not working to turn right onto Court Lane? All that time and money spent and the filter light doesn't even work! Cars end up going through the red light (unless no oncoming traffic to turn right on non filter green) and then getting stuck in another red light....nonsense!
  16. I popped into Decathlon over the weekend and was so busy I couldn't look at the tents properly, but I will do on a weekday child free!
  17. Thank you, I've been told Coleman, Vargo, Outwell and Kamper!
  18. Thank you both very much, I am having a look at Coleman tents now and hopefully the next tent I purchase will last a bit longer!
  19. Hello, I need to buy a new tent as the only one I've ever purchased and used on one camping trip is battered! It's a 4 person Regatta pop up tent and was quite surprised as I thought it was a good brand, plus I didn't use it much. I'm looking for something similar, min 2 person, for light use and no more than ?70. I've seen a few online at Decathlon site with good reviews and water column (I think that's right). Has anyone purchased one from here before? Good or bad feedback would be appreciated! Thanks Camille
  20. The fish and chip shop opposite what used to be Harvester, I think it's called Two Brothers. Good price and portion size!
  21. Some solicitors do 30 minutes for free in their office, I used the one on Northcross Road and were so helpful, not sure for your query, but I would recommend them or try another that does that. Yell.com is a good way of searching around. Good luck!
  22. Any advice would be much appreciated. I have a lovely 32 inch Samsung TV, which is still serving me very well from 2007, BUT I'm considering getting something bigger for movie nights (especially with Kodi!). I'm thinking of getting a projector and keeping my TV would be better than buying a bigger one, however I'm not too sure about the logistics of a projector. I think I would need a pull down screen and projector as I don't want to have a white wall and have egg coloured textured wall paper. Having a brief look around the price for a screen (60inch) and projector would be the same as a bigger size TV. Any thoughts and/or recommendations? Thanks, Camille
