We are looking to start significant work on our property beginning in January 2014, expected to last approx 12 weeks. We plan to knock down an internal wall, move our kitchen, install underfloor heating, fit a bi-fold door and move a toilet, among other things... We have full architect plans and are currently putting the work out to tender against a detailed list of the work needed. If anyone has any recommendations of builders that they have used for similar work, who worked to budget and on time I would really appreciate a DM. Thanks so much!
