  1. I can highly recommend Aston. He came to our rescue when we were let down by another local carpenter. He fixed the shelves that had fallen down and has since done lots of other jobs. He even fitted guttering and a water butt to our shed. Very professional and reliable. We will definitely use him again.
  2. How much do you know about LinkedIn? Queen Bee Styling is delighted to collaborate with 'The CV Queen', Victoria McLean of City CV to present a FREE ?How to use and Optimise LinkedIn? Webinar. If you are considering stepping back into the workplace, a change in your career or you would just like to learn more about this crucial social media platform please join us on Thursday 5th July at 12.30pm. I'm a self confessed social media phobic but I have to accept that LinkedIn is a brilliant tool for networking and job searching in the comfort of your own home. My husband was recently in the market for a new job and had never used LinkedIn. This webinar helped him create his profile and ensure he was found by recruiters. He now has a new role and credits Victoria McLean with helping him do this. Please click on the link for lots more details on the webinar and how to sign up. If you are unable to listen to the webinar live, do still register as you can listen to the recording. https://queenbeestyling.com/how-to-use- ... e-webinar/ Feel free to contact me if you have any questions on [email protected]

Wardrobe essentials and current trends To book your place please contact me on [email protected] . Feel free to forward this email to friends that you think would be interested in attending. I hope you can join us. Sallyx For anyone that doesn't know me, I'm a personal stylist and set up Queen Bee Styling 8 years ago. Despite working as a fashion buyer for nearly 20 years I had my very own ?beige? moment after the birth of my first child, I realised how easy it was to neglect my appearance, especially with the demands of being a mother. Sharing this experience with friends showed me that many of them felt the same: their bodies had often changed, or they felt out of step with fashion, and they needed a friendly helping hand to get back on track. I set up my styling business to help people in a similar situation. If you are interested in my services you can find some reviews from happy EDF users http://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?30,1727216,1764713#msg-1764713 There are also lots more testimonials on my website http://queenbeestyling.com/testimonials/ 'I have so many new clothes and even better, lots of outfits, which I love and have had so many lovely comments about. I couldn?t recommend her more highly and I cannot wait until our next shopping trip.' www.queenbeestyling.com

  11. I've used Annie's services a number of times since starting my business. She has designed my logo, flyers and ads for me and I have always been very impressed with the results. Just recently we worked togther to create a whole new website. Annie's attention to detail and hard work really paid off and I am so happy with the results. She took our initail concept meeting to a whole new level with her meticulous attention to detail and hard work. Annie had a handle on what I needed my website to do and then ran with it herself to create the finished product. I've already had so many positive comments as a result. I can't recommned her highly enough. Sally

  13. I'd agree with Top Shop's Leigh, they are a very good quality fabric. Overbump definitely stay up better in the later stages - I'd try ASOS, New Look and Seraphine for these. As with standard size the fit very much depends on your bodyshape. Top Shop's are slim fit and Seraphine a bit more generous on the hips.
  14. I'm presenting a webinar for women who would like some practical help with knowing what to wear in today's workplace. The uniform of corporate suits has more or less been cast aside and while this means more flexibility in how we dress, it can also be a minefield of not knowing what to choose. This is further exacerbated if you have been on maternity leave or an extended break from work. This can often result in us feeling overwhelmed when faced with an interview or new job role. Feeling confident in how we look is a vital part of getting yourself prepared for the step back into the work place. How we present ourselves projects a visual message to our colleagues and clients to show them we mean business. First impressions really do count. The aim of this webinar is to give you clear visual ideas of current workwear trends and also practical advice on how to update your wardrobe. The talk will look at:- What to wear for an interview How to move out of your style comfort zone. How to identify your body shape and dress accordingly. The fundamentals of style. 19. My lap top was completely dead after my little boy kicked a glass of juice over it. Pawel came round immediately and was able to recover all the data (I had no back up - lesson learnt) and set up a new lap top. He would have fixed the old one but it was on its last legs anyway. Even though it was very late in the evening he stayed until the job was done and was more than happy to help with all the additional queries we threw at him. I would thoroughly recommend him and will definitely contact him again with any future problems. His contact details are: Tel: 020 3086 7882 Mob: 07834 268783 Email: [email protected]

  23. ...I tried to send this as a personal message but it appears your account doesn't exsit any longer. I thought I'd post it anyway in case you are still out there somewhere... Hi Ms B, I understand that you don't want to splash out on a personal stylist but I feel compelled to offer a little bit of advice as I understand how frustrating it can be when you shop the high street. I do work with most of the personal shopping departments on the high street and you are right they can be a bit hit and miss. The problem is even the best department store stylist is limited to what?s available in the store. You?ll really need to visit a few other stores to give yourself the best chance of getting some lovely outfits. I?ve never managed to source a client?s wardrobe from one store alone. Obviously I am biased but aside from advising you on what suits you and your body shape, an independent stylist will save you time and money in the long run. They?ll know exactly what?s on the high street, what?s value for money and the best brands to suit your style. This cuts out a lot of the ?faff? involved in shopping. If you do change your mind or want some further reassurance a number of my clients have posted on the forum in this link:- http://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?30,745173,882283#msg-882283 You may want to PM them for additional information I?m happy to recommend some stores for you (free of charge) but first I?d need to know your personal style. Please feel free to call me if you would like any more information. Happy Shopping! Sally [email protected] www.queenbeestyling.com M: 07956 293845
