I would like to thank the police for helping me find my stolen bike absolutely amazing. My bike was stolen on Friday evening, I was so upset and couldn't understand why someone would do that. The thought of stealing from anyone makes me feel sick. Then Saturday evening I saw my bike chained in the front garden of a house on East Dulwich Grove, so I called the police had to give a full description and my bike was returned. The police were brilliant really understanding and believed me when I explained it was my bike. Unfortunately it being a hostel everyone in the hostel said they didn't know who the bike belonged to, so no arrests were made.I won't tar the people who live there with same brush as I believe that not everyone who lives at this property is a theif. The person who stole my bike I forgive them someone has to still have faith in them, call me niave but hopefully they will be able to turn their life around. This has taught me a huge lesson. So if you have a bike be aware. I invested which I was told was a very good lock. Does anyone know of a really good bike lock? Thank you.

Good morning all, Firstly, any schools or charity events happening for christmas and you need a gift toward a raffle draw then please let me know so I can donate. The summer schools fairs I have been told were a huge success raising money for their cause so I was so pleased to have been a part of this. Those of you who missed out please make sure you contact me in the near future. Secondly, I received faulty stock from a supplier, basically the shoes are slightly discoloured and are all girl's shoes. I can not sell them so have been forced to write them off, but was wondering is there a place in the East Dulwich area where I can donate these shoes. I do collect recycled shoes and donate to one of my charities but would like to donate locally. Hi, March 6th 2013 I was knocked off my bike, the driver was indicating to turn right then changed his mind and went into me. I have been cycling since 1996 (showing my age) and that was the first accident I had. My right knee will never be the same and the funny thing is I can jog on it but cant bend it in one position for too long. I see SOME cyclist and SOME drivers breaking the highway code (going down the wrong way of the one way street of Zenoria Street). One shouldn't label everyone with the same brush. No matter what, you will always have good and bad cyclists and drivers. Can you imagine the discussion on the pizza delivery mopeds? Motor cyclists riding fast and doing wheelies, that's another story. Funny when I wear tight leggings or a low cut dress or shorts or platform heels drivers slow down. My ride to and from work is a safe one. The things one has to do in order to survive. lol. Seriously as a cyclist and a driver we need to find a solution on how we can both work together. Shame we're not like Amsterdam.

Dear All, Does your child take a size 9-12.5 (27-31)? Does your child have very wide feet? Find it hard to find a shoe wide enough in this size bracket? Well I have attached two styles for a boy and girl. These two shoes come up wide, have a soft flexible breathable sole and are made from leather too. Sometimes a child may not be wide but will have what we call a high instep, where the bridge area of the foot is high and the instep has a high arch. You can also have a child who appears to have flat feet but will still have a high instep, all feet can be deceiving. Not all shoe sizes are made the same and ALL brands come up differently.It is the shape of your child's feet that really determines what shoe will actually fit. I hope the above has been helpful.
