Another recommendation for Fernando who worked on my garden for the first time today. Planted new shrubs/small tree, repositioned existing ones, general maintenance and lawn treatment. A very polite, nice man who obviously loves gardens, takes pride in his work and is happy to listen to what you want. I will be using him again for seasonal maintenance. Thank you Fernando.

Hi I've read all the recommendations for personal trainers on the EDF but no-one has mentioned if they specialise in any problem areas. I've got a bulge on one of my lower discs so am very keen but nervous about training sessions. The last time when I started at ESPH on Lordship Lane - supposedly run by physios - the trainer put my back out within the first ten minutes! Had to have physio for 6 weeks. So if anyone can recommend or take me on please let me know. Really want to work on cardio, core strength and losing my flabby tummy! Thanks Debbie

I've recently moved into this house and have a Virgin Tivo box in the back room and want to connect the TV in the front room to that box. I'm not sure it's even possible but if not I need advice on what to buy and someone to connect it all up. Happy with Freeview style box if can't connect to Tivo. Any TV experts out there? Hi does anyone know of a carpenter who is experienced in making the French style of wardrobe that has a chicken wire panel which you can put fabric behind? I think this could look awful if not done properly so would like someone who's made them before. Thank you

I'm adding to the recommendations for Lino - man and van, light removals. He moved my daughter and boyfriend to Surrey from Dulwich and was punctual, efficient, speedy and the cheapest quote out of five people/companies on the forum. Her boyfriend helped, but they moved two beds, a few other items of furniture, about 20 boxes and crates and a big, full clothes rail. He also did two pick ups of furniture on the way in West Dulwich and Putney. We started at 9.30 and they were fully installed by midday. Brilliant! 07962 247469

Just adding another recommendation for Helen at Gardenia. My garden is well established but had just got overgrown and needed a good tidy up and some plants moving. She spent a good hour and a half on an initial visit, chatting through everything and keeping in mind my limited budget. Her team of three made the garden worth looking at again.
