Hi there Today at 4.30pm two people managed to get through our main door downstairs into the hallway of our flats.. And then attempted to get into flats upstairs.. Its old Victorian house.. Rubbish flimsy lock landlord doesn't care at all about our safety. I called the police and gave details and I took photos.. They present well the female mixed race in 30s in navy suit and briefcase and male a black guy in a cap and brown blazer and jeans. Made out looking for a Sandra.. But there are just three flats here no Sandra. I imagine they were scanning seeing what's possible and passing info on.. Very scared will now know its a complete opportunist house to burgle Just letting you know to be careful incase come across them knocking on your door or see them attempting this on street.. I know its not East dulwich but its close!

So sorry to hear this I really hope you are feeling less shaken as time goes by. Where abouts were you on the rye.. Makes me worried to go there at all now especially as this happened to you on a Saturday midday and it seems not even in a secluded part as others were around

hi there unfortunately my lovely antique mirror that was my aunties has broken down one side..I'm trying to see if there is any place mirror specialist!? that could cut it down reshape to salvage it any ideas of who ..where to look or recommendations be very grateful ..not having much luck so far!!! :(

Hi All, I wanted to let those of you who might not know that there has been another planning application submitted to develop Quarry Court at 2 Dunstans Grove Last time due to the volume of objections the permission was not granted and really hoping that might be the case again this time, if enough people wish to object.. hi there Today i received a letter from the planning division advising me that an appeal is going ahead against the council's decision refusing planning permission for the development... how can this be- after the council became involved etc how now can the planning officer decide! !?? just as i thought i could relax and think of the flats as my home again!! have others received the letter or just us in the flats- says can add comments by the 27/2/2017 appeal ref number- APP/A5840/W/16/3164939 I just hope lots of people again comment etc so we will all be able to stay in our home here! and the development does not go ahead and also upset the nearby residents!!

thank you NewWave I read the post on se23 and its a bit scary as yes it actually fits very well the description of him and his way of being... I had not yet rung 101 but I am going to do that now ... I had convinced myself I might have been overreacting.

hi there This evening shortly after 7pm I was walking home down Peckham rye just past Barry Road heading towards Honor Oak not Peckham rye opposite Peckham rye park and a man past me and I could sense he was looking at me and he leant forward to me as he passed me and started to try to talk to me...I didn't make eye contact and I ignored him and carried on walking a few minutes later I was concerned incase he was following me.. I turned to look and he was...I felt worried as there wasn't anybody else at that moment in sight I started to make a call on my phone thinking that might deter him and I started to walk really fast..i looked back again and he had started to run.. I panicked and went to the nearest house with a light on... as I stood on the doorstep talking to the lady he did not go past and I saw him cross the road and go into the park. Please note he was not out for a run in the park ... it might sound like that as I said he started to run.. he was a white man not English had jeans on, shoulder length hair, slim build I might have been panicked for absolutely no reason but my instincts told me I was not safe and im glad that I went to the house.. just wanted to put it on here to say to be extra careful ladies..
