Can anyone recommend an indoor decorator to repair wallpaper where needed,repair cracks in the plaster, and repaint. Also fix some loose floorboards if possible. Many thanks

This is a Mindfulness Course for beginners exploring What it is and How you do it. It's a 5 week course, each week building on the learning in the last session. We will explore a range of Mindfulness practices such as Mindfulness of Body and Breath, Mindfulness of Thoughts, Mindfulness of Emotions, practising loving kindness to oneself and others. You will have a week to practise what you've learnt and there is time for questions and comments in each session. The aim of the course is to present Mindfulness as simply and accessibly as possible and to help you start a practice for yourself and understand the different ways you can integrate it into your daily life. It's very easy, can be extraordinarily helpful and if you're curious can be a very interesting exploration. I have been practising for 8 years and this last year have been doing a teacher training course with the Mindfulness Teacher Training Institute. This course will be part of my training. A short section (about 3 feet) of plastic pipe on an outside wall (first floor level) is dripping. I think it comes from the washing machine. Needs replacing. Can anyone recommend a builder who would do a small job like this? Many thanks

Garden Shed is leaking water in the middle of the roof. Otherwise it's in very good condition. Can anyone recommend someone competent to deal it???

I have an Apple MacAir purchased 2010. I'm having trouble with disk space and looking for someone who can help. Apple says technical assistance expired for this model. Must be someone who understands technical/system side. I've done the obvious ie removed all content and emptied trash etc It still says I have no disk space. Maybe I have a virus???? Can anyone recommend a computer service that deals with Apple? Many thanks for any suggestions.

Hi, just wanted to let everyone know that Peter Warenik, whose name I got from the ED forum has just completed a great job for me at a very reasonable price. He fitted a new frame for a door that had been damaged in a burglary, fitted new glass, rehung the door and lock and fitted London and Birmingham bars and studs and finally painted the door. Very polite, conscientious and highly recommended. Great to know Ed recommendations are worth following up.
