Sounes like voluntary euthanasia what you have planned there..
Bring n buys tend to generate more income than exhausting yourself into a sweaty stroke.
My fingers aren't working properly *lie* so tell us more about Cardboard Citizens, if you are serious about people donating you really shoyld be a bit more descriptive about what the charity ( is it even a charity?) does..

Nette, where do you find rhese things... Hilarious and slightly warped, loving the combination.. >:D

Lady Del, lots of carbs is the same as crappy food, I don't dispute that fact at all. I just wonder how mindful some people sre when it comes to food... I would love to stuff my chops with McCoys Salt n Vinegar but I force myself not to and choose to dream of them instead, because I don't want to get unhealthy. It takes constant willpower but it's not impossible.
They say it takes 28 days to change/ create a habit (my shrink told my that) with the exception of heroin in which case that average is reduced from 28 days to 28 mins.. I digress..
Willpower is the key to successful and sustainable healthy living. If we can incorporate such positive behaviours into our lifestyles for 28 days then surely we would slowly begin to accept and embrace change, replacing cravings with healthy, moderate behaviour...
Am I ranting?

Oh dear, this NOTW story is filtering into every part of our lives. Even my dog spelled out the letters with one of glorious nuclear shits this morning. I couldnt believe it..

Sounds very dodgy. Well done you for calling the police; if they didn't come then shame on them. We are always encouraged to report such issues however if they are not acted upon then what is the point..

The headline of the OP caufht my eye, I knew they were talking about me and then, reading through I realised it was someone else. The purse I 'found' at the weekend has translated into a month's 'free' shopping at Waitrose! Blessy you, granny, I know you left it there just for me.
Ps: if you want your teeth back, please PM me your address.

Here is an interesting concept: eat less crappy food i.e. All those things that you enjoy.
Do regular cardio which you will also probably hate.
It's the only way and not rocket science yet it amazes me how the general public seem to miss this every time..

How does one lure a fox into one's garden then? Playing the Chicken song..?

Put some chickens in the neighbours garden and a few filled disposable nappies and hey presto, your garden will be a no-go zone for maw and paw fox.

As a Scotsman, I think tgat it is only right that I get to get all tartaned up whenever the occasion calls for it. And so tomorrow I am off to a wedding with what can only be described as a beautiful kilt. But it dawned on me, for the first time ever, that in some cultures it does seem like I am wearing a skirt..
But, would that stop me wearing it... Hell no! Does it make me a cross-dresser wag, like someone at work suggested today...? I hope not!
:)-D
