  1. Huguenot suggested this to me - I'm not super trendy, but do like the idea - room for one more on Tuesday? I'm also really intersted in those Flamenco lessons Jo - where are they? and do they take beginners?
  2. I have never had a read - but will be on the look out for it. More or less, everything is done - thank goodness for wedding planners that speak Italian!
  3. Glad to see that I am not the only one that appreciates Decleor. I do absolutely LOVE the stuff. I became a convert when staying in an obscure (and fairly soulless) hotel in Leistershire for work. To kill time, I decided to pamper myself in the uninspired onsite spa. Imaine my surprise when I was introduced to this fabulous product. I bought it all - Creams, Gels and Oils. I AM addicted. Thanks for the hint. Unfortunately, I will not be able to take advantage of this great deal as I'm being whisked off to sunny Singapore by Huguenot after our honeymoon this summer. I plan to dedicate a good portion of my time sourcing this fantastic product there.
  4. Congratulations! Very pleased to hear the good news and happy the wine was a part. By the way, Huguenot is a total romantic - but you didn't hear it from me. :))
  5. I absolutely love SMB Foods. I think the guys that work in there are very pleasant and know their produce. I was even given suggestions on what to make with the food I was buying as I paid the other day. I absolutely hate - all the betting shops.
  6. A bunch of luddites really - only like texted based arguements with the odd smiley face.
  7. He is out of bed, but has other commitments this morning (shocking! ::o). I'm sure if you are patient, he will wield his trusty camera this afternoon.
  8. Definitely. Everyone had a chance to taste the Valle Reale, and it sounded like most people there thought it was a winner.
  9. I thought the wine tasting was excellent and very informative. Thank you very much Green and Blue. Although, I have to say that I was mildly disappointed when I found out the fining agent Kate was talking about wasn't "FISH EYES AND GLASS" but FISH ISINGLASS.
  10. I have seen the ACTUAL bottle MP is speaking of and drunk the wine - very crisp and tasty. I do believe that Leapfrogmilch was a distant memory when this pic was taken. Hopefully, we will have a few more of those sunny lazy days of Spring this year.
  11. There's a wine I love and I mean LOVE!!!!! It's the Valle Reale Montepulciano D'Abruzzo 2002. It's 13? (take away), so under your requested price, but it's meaty, spicy and scrumptious. It?s worth those sexy red wine lips and teeth.
  12. May I vote for the 16th - it will be silly busy on the 17th - call me crazy, but it looks like ya'll like a good natter. Sorry, I wasn't at the last one - attached to the sofa with drink.
  13. Perhaps with East Dulwich becoming so "cutting edge" with all the posh shops, we should be The Dul-swish.
  14. You may have touched on this in the past - but are we called ED-ites? ED-ians? ED-ish?
  15. Honey, please be careful. We wouldn't want any fish batter splattered on that cute little face of yours.
