Hi, if you go to a family planning clinic then it should be possible to have another test on the NHS. If you have a clear reason to request another test and your GP is still dismissive then I would take this further with the practice in question.

We need some specialist assistance to help track down a leak from a ground floor flat into a basement flat. Various builders have tried and failed to find and deal with the leak. If anyone has a good experience with a specialist in this area please forward contact details. Thanks

We have no water in Belvoir Road and Thames Water have no record of any reports or issues in the area. They say 4 hours max for it to be investigated.

James I have lived on Belvoir Road for 12 years. It seems to have become a rat run for cars cutting through from Underhill Road to London Road via Overhill. This seems to have been exaggerated by making Melford Road one way. People really speed down the road and as more families move into the road I think something should be done. I feel that making the road one way from Overhill towards Underhill would solve the problem. Can you give me guidance on how I can promote this. Thanks

You are probably tied in as we were a few years ago. We threatened to leave and go elsewhere (the inference being a different tenant)and negotiated a more favourable rate with same management company and tenant. This was the best we could do.
