  1. My in-laws are selling their beloved campervan. They're local to ED so you may have seen it around. Registered March 1980, one of the last to come out of Germany. Production stopped in 1979. It is a Viking conversion with opening roof that can sleep 6, 4 upstairs and 2 below . Features: 2 plate cooker with a grill below. Fridge, sink with water tank. Pump is missing. Zig for connection to 240V. Cooking extractor. 2 seat belts at the front and 2 added on at the back for the grandkids. Engine: 2.0 Litre with twin carbs, reconditioned in 2023 . Works very well. New clutch fitted in 2023, new torsion bars 2025. reconditioned steering box in 2025 New front axle in 2020. Small oil leak. Bodywork: Restored in 2005, still looks good. NS wheel arch rusted, rear Bumper needs replacing. OS scratch in the paint. Mileage 11350 (July 2025). My FIL is the second owner, bought it in 1994. It has been a great source of joy to drive, travel, and enjoy the freedom that it has provided for them. But due to advancing age and ill health, they sadly can't enjoy it like they used to. It is registered as an Historical Vehicle with DVLA hence MOT, TAX and ULEZ free. My FIL has a huge amount of receipts for work done, mostly by Jacks Garage in London. £12,000 ONO If you have any questions or would like to view, please get in touch.
  2. Just wanted to add another recommendation for Andy and his team. I needed a relatively small job doing - a room repainting and the wall filled in a bit. Andy got back to me straight away, gave me a really reasonable quote (I got a couple), and more importantly managed to fit me in at a time that suited me. I'm 8.5m pregnant and left this far too late to sort out! He was really friendly and did a fantastic job. Also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and moved everything back to exactly where I wanted it to ensure I didn't have to lift anything. Will definitely be calling on him and his team again in the future.
  3. Thanks so much, Emily and Rachel. I was about to go to a yoga class tonight but I won't now - my GP thinks I have SPD and has referred me for physio, but didn't say anything about avoiding yoga/swimming. I thought exercise would help but I'll wait till I've seen the physio now!
  4. Hello ladies, My name's Becka and I'm due late October. I'll try and come along tonight!
  5. Hello, I'm 19 weeks pregnant and am having horrible hip pain when I (try to) sleep. I've heard yoga can help. Does anyone know of any drop-in classes in or near Forest Hill/Honor Oak? I work shifts so can't make one time every week. Also, if anyone knows of anywhere local that does prenatal massage or swimming, do let me know. Muchas gracias!
