Just wanted to add another recommendation for Andy and his team. I needed a relatively small job doing - a room repainting and the wall filled in a bit. Andy got back to me straight away, gave me a really reasonable quote (I got a couple), and more importantly managed to fit me in at a time that suited me. I'm 8.5m pregnant and left this far too late to sort out! He was really friendly and did a fantastic job. Also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and moved everything back to exactly where I wanted it to ensure I didn't have to lift anything. Will definitely be calling on him and his team again in the future.

A recommendation for Clive the plumber - I found good reviews on here so gave him a call. He came round to give me a quote promptly and fixed what turned out to be a tricky bathroom sink problem on the same day. He also fitted in time to sort out the in-laws' shower the next morning! 07956 525 875

Hi, Another recommendation for Alex. He just painted the wall by our stairs and also did a repair job on the bits of wallpaper that were falling off. Really happy with the results and price. Thanks so much, Emily and Rachel. I was about to go to a yoga class tonight but I won't now - my GP thinks I have SPD and has referred me for physio, but didn't say anything about avoiding yoga/swimming. I thought exercise would help but I'll wait till I've seen the physio now!

Hello, I'm 19 weeks pregnant and am having horrible hip pain when I (try to) sleep. I've heard yoga can help. Does anyone know of any drop-in classes in or near Forest Hill/Honor Oak? I work shifts so can't make one time every week. Also, if anyone knows of anywhere local that does prenatal massage or swimming, do let me know. Muchas gracias!
