Just wanted to give another thumbs up to Suzanne. I took part in the Brighton half marathon at the weekend and now have a new PB. I am thrilled with the results from my sessions with Suzanne and can't praise her highly enough.

I've just replied to a post on here for someone looking for a female trainer so I thought I'd share the details of the great trainer that I've been using for the past few months. I've been traning with Suzanne for the last couple of months and I am absolutely delighted with how my fitness has improved. I had my three kids in quick succession (3 under 3!!!) Life has been hectic and trying to prioritise exercise was practically impossible. I did my best to fit in runs when I could, but knew that I needed to be doing more focused sessions. I started training with Suzanne having never had a PT before so I didn't know what to expect. Suzanne listened to what I wanted/needed to focus on and built a programme around that, Each session is totally unique and Suzanne pushes you to reach your potential. What I was most surprised at was the variety of great exercises that made me work specific areas without knowing I was. I love how Suzanne can quickly alter any exercise to ensure I get the most out of each session, which is a testament to her expertise and attention to detail. Hi EastDulwichNewbie, As a mum of 3 small kids fitting in exercise is quite the struggle. Luckily I've started working with Suzanne from FitologyHub. She is very flexible and understanding around timings, which I have found is an essential aspect of any training when you've small kids. Suzanne has listened to the areas that I have wanted to work on and factors this into each of our sessions. I've tried various programmes myself, but I've found that working with Suzanne has totally changed how I exercise. I'm trying to figure out the best route to the Mall to cheer on my husband as he finishes / meet him once finished with the all important protein shake! I will have a buggy and three small kids with me. I am thinking bus to E&C and the Bakerloo to Charring Cross. Open to any other routes or suggestions. Thanks for help!

We use MyHermes (but they only deliver to UK and Northern Ireland). Their drop off system is really handy as you can drop off parcels at any time at the Londis on Lordship Lane. Prices are much more competitive than Royal Mail. Have used for both personal and commercial parcels. Liz

Would also be keen for some recommendations for a family dentist. It is now impossible to get an evening appointment with Dr Bunmi. Phoned today for an appointment after 6 to be told that the nearest one was the 23rd September. Unfortunately she only works evenings on a Tuesday and will only see private patients for the late slots. Have to say I had a very frustrating 24 minute phone conversation with one of the receptionists and then the practice manager. So thinking we might need to move on, even though we were really keen on Dr Bunmi. Liz

Hi, we have used the Maxi Cosi Axiss. The seat swivels 90 degrees to face the door to allow for easy access when strappjng your child in. Then simply swivel the seat into the frobt facing position. It doesn't fit into all cars, but the maxi cosi website has a guide stating which cars it will for into to. http://maxicosi.carseatfitting.com/axiss/ot-en/ We have found it brilliant and use them for our 3 year old and 2 year old. Don't cancel your date with your friend - you deserve it! (was going to write more but have baby at boob so one-handed typing is giving cramp!!) Just remember we are all doing our best for our kids. :)

We got the letter a couple of months ago, informing everyone in my house about the vaccination. When I went to make appointments I was told that both my son and I were 'eligible' ...due to me being pregnant and my son being 2. The absolute waste of letter and stamp for my 16 month old did irk somewhat! So I went ahead and made back to back appointments for both of us. I 'arrived' us both at the reception desk and waited. They were running late and we were eventually called. However, the nurse looked bemused at my son being in attendance as they didn't have the nasal vaccine in stock. I was not impressed, to say the least, and the nurse called in the lovely Julia Gale to explain the situation. She told me that clearly there had been a mistake and that the flu vaccinations for 2-3 yr olds were not scheduled to begin until the end of November and that another letter would be sent out. As of yet, we haven't received a letter but that is no great surprise!

Just wanted to say what a great, fairly-priced and friendly service Paul supplies. Had Paul come round yesterday to solve a long-standing problem with our signal. He made a quick assessment, solved the problem in about 30mins (despite the horrible rain shower he got stuck in)and tidied up some cables that were straggling from other work done. A real gentlemen who provides an honest and professional service.
