Hi, Although I have some experience of cooking, my wife and I would like to learn in more detail cookery skills, including pastry, pasta, sauces, home staples etc We just missed out on a Leith's course but would love to do something similar in our own home. So if you are a chef and can teach us at home, it would be fantastic. If you think it'd be pretty difficult, please let us know. We live in Landells Road and have a reasonable sized, good-working kitchen and plenty of space. Fees to be discussed, but we are open to suggestion (reasonable ones, obviously).
