I,d guess that these women looking through other people's bins are 'in need'? I watched 2 women go through all the bins in our street early one Sunday morning and they were taking clothes out mainly. My daughter asked me what I was looking at and I explained that these women were looking through all the bins, I said I didn't know who they were or what they were looking for. I did say there is a world out there where there are people struggling... And how very lucky we were to live in such a plentiful place where we have so much that our bins are over flowing. Poor you that don't like people recycling your rubbish. they were very tidy be the way, they put everything back in they didn't want.
