  1. Back to the thread topic. 13 weeks to go🤯
  2. @Administrator feel free to merge both threads. 14 weeks of BS works to go and gala due shortly.
  3. All connected. Thames Water have also dug some of the road up for works
  4. Aston is reliable, and the work is professional. He is clear on his pricing and is straightforward to deal with.
  5. Correct. I would guess there is a separate kitchen for the curry in the basement as when it was Jaflong in the restaurant; the food would arrive via a pulley/ dumb waiter to the restaurant area.
  6. yes - delivery/ collection only for Jaflong https://jaflongtakeaway.co.uk The pizza joint is now open too. Not tried it yet; delivery/ collection. Opened in the last 10 days or so. Hope they do ok https://orders.thepizzajoint.co.uk/
  7. Hi. yes They are. saturday from 1-4pm
  8. Where Jaflong was on East Dulwich Road (next to Papa John’s) is now going to be another pizza place! The pizza Joint. quite a big refurb it seems - bumped into the owner as I was walking past a few weeks ago. Shutters down so suspect fairly close to finishing the interior
  9. Damn! Are you sure? There was a sign up for Kebab and Wine which is the takeaway near the bishop. That is going
  10. Was near goose green and Fenwick Rd night again about 10.40 for a good 15 mins!
  11. Mirash and memsab both nice. Prefer dining in. Not used for a bit, but found Rajah Rowing- up near the Plough on LL (takeaway only) to be good
  12. Hi, Just echoing the comments regarding Tom. He was full of good suggestions and explained what would work for certain walls and the space. Helpful if you can’t always decide. Happy with the work. Everything left neat and tidy
  13. Website says “ We’re having new beer lines fitted today (27/01/23) and so we will be opening at 4pm, back in time for evening pints. See you soon!“ can’t confirm back open as not walked past it
  14. It’s been really shocking for 2+ years. Perfect storm of closing Sylvester road sorting office, and covid pandemic where staffing issues were a big issue.
  15. Angel oak (was previously the Rye) pub - they are doing a Christmas menu £76 p/p (they do offer a kids option- not clear on the £) Cherry tree and The Clockhouse both offer a Christmas offering. Both Youngs pub co. Cherry tree £80 p/p, £30 children for Christmas Day Clockhouse £75 p/p. £35 for children Christmas Friends used the cherry tree last year and enjoyed it
  16. Completed this. Would be a ridiculous decision if they change from the 2 way traffic flow. How can a zone 2 station potentially be made less accessible/ convenient??
  17. I’m also getting the ‘The language you specified is not valid’ error
  18. Still nothing! band C so surely they should’ve been in touch The email address they gave in their original annual bill re the rebate came back undeliverable. Do I just ring up?
  19. I’m on an iPad. Is it different- can you screenshot it pls?
  20. Bumping this as Aston did a few painting touch ups in my flat the other week. He also assembled a flat pack coat stand in no time. He turned up as agreed and left everything clean and tidy after. Aston is a nice guy and I was happy with the work

Absolutely identical make, model and > colour. Yes - the idea is to ?clone? the same make/ model and colour car. We had a dealership marking on one of the number plates which we had luckily noticed and had a photo of and provided to the police (who weren?t that interested) and to TFL etc for congestion charges etc which came in as the number plate links back to the registered keeper per DVLA. Good luck
  22. Sorry to hear Sandyman. Had x2 cards posted to me 14/15th Dec arrive on NYE. Spoke to the postman this morning (I bumped into him as I was going out). He?s the semi regular one we have He said they are currently prioritising lateral flow test boxes over everything else He?s never seen it so bad in 20 odd years. Only anecdotal but not ideal at all. We?re near Fenwick road/ P Rye park It?s been 18m+ of poor service, worsened by covid.
