We use it a lot but only for drinks due to the very poor service. On one occasion we had to send my mother's steak back 3 times. It's such a shame as they've clearly spent a fortune on the refurb. It really needs a good manager up there.

Hi. We have a problem with our boiler. We have the boiler insured and it's been checked and it appears not to be a boiler problem. He said its so,etching to do with the shower. We are able to get so,e hot water with the heating on. It's a combi boiler. Can anyone help with this proble, please?

Last weekend (bank holiday) our fridge freezer packed up. Thanks to the EDF we found Glen's website and gave him a call. He answered immediately and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He promised to call first thing on the bank holiday Monday to arrange a time to come over and repair the fridge.He stuck to his word and called and came over as arranged. We now have a working fridge freezer. We would highly recommend Glen.

Would highly recommend AGS Refrigeration repairs who answered my call on a sunday evening to talk through the problem. He told me he would call at 9am to arrange to come over to fix it. He called at 9am on the dot and arrived on time. We now have a working fridge/freezer.

Yes. The power works. The freezer is getting cold but not freezing and the fridge is warm :(
