Baby Yoga weekly sessions at The Old Nun?s Head Pub, Nunhead Green, Nunhead, SE15 3QQ Friday?s at 2.30pm, run for 45 minutes and costs ?3 for first session and ?6 thereafter. If you are interested in coming along, spaces are limited, so reserving your space is advisable to avoid disappointment.   2. Learn how to massage your baby with a full body & short colic and wind routine and yoga movements with experienced baby massage instructor, Samantha Chater. There are also some suggestions on how you can adapt the massage as your child grows and there is time set aside for informal discussion for you to share ideas and experiences.
