Hi - Apologies in advance if there are already threads on this very topic (feel free to point me toward them, but the search wasn't overly fruitful for aggregate advice!) I was just wondering if anyone has helpful hints on nanny share set-ups - E.g. 1. What to agree in advance between the families & the nanny 2. Items to include in the contract 3. Do both families need to register with a tax-payment solution or can one family do it w/out additional hassle / cost / risk? 4. If both families need to register for tax / NI for the nannny, can this be done via HMRC for nanny share? 5. Issues that have arisen from other nanny shares that it would be good for us to be aware of in advance so that we can mitigate? 6. If the nanny will work from my house, do I need to get any additional kind of insurance? We've got a basic list compiled based on discussion / web research, but I know this forum is full of nanny share knowledge and know-how (and know-how-not-to-do)! Thx! Nicole
