    I gave up on them some months ago and changed to Vale pharmacy. They are very good there..

    My postie has been transferred to another walk but has not been replaced. Our streets get the odd bit of post every 10 to 15 days if someone has time before the end of their shift.

    I had a really bad mouse infestation which was dealt with great efficiency by the lovely Roger from Critter Solutions. Roger came round within a couple of days and is good value. I highly recommend him. 07518577977 /0208 355 1913

    I have the bus app and it showed the P13 going the other way but ‘information unavailable’ for the Peckham route! I have an alternative route which requires up to three buses and quite a walk…

    I got to the bus stop at 3.40pm and the buses going the other way were regular: 5 of them towards Streatham!

    I waited 70 minutes for a P13 to New Cross today although 5 went in the opposite direction while I waited!

    I went to Lloyds today on the dot of 3 and it had already closed for the day!

    Ellie sold her practice to a large company at which point the prices shot up. I have moved to the Neighbourhood vets.

    I moved from there a few months ago as it seems to have gone downhill since Ellie left. The brilliant young vet who joined shortly before Ellie’s retirement now seems to have left. I had been going there for many many years.

    I complained to RM but they put all the problems down to strikes. I did explain it’s been awful for far longer but to no avail!

    I agree. Mark installed my new boiler three years ago and services it every year. He and John are friendly, efficient and turn up when they say they will.

    The candidates for Goose Green ward standing in tomorrow?s election are a mystery apart from Labour. I don?t know who the LD candidates are and assume no other party is standing as I have had absolutely no info from the Tories, Greens etc? It?s ridiculous.

    Goldilocks, I agree with you: 2 leaflets and a visit from Labour, a LD leaflet that was not about the local candidates and absolutely nothing else. I?m not impressed.

    I have had general bumph, a more detailed leaflet naming the candidates and a visit from Labour. I have received general bumph from the Lib Dems but nothing telling me who their candidates are and no visit. If any other party is fielding candidates, I don?t know about them.

    I agree. When I went to the lake on Sunday, most of the dogs were off the lead and one dog tried to get to the geese but was mercifully too big to get through the fence.
