Just wanted to recommend Vince. I have been using him for years in both my new and old home and couldn't recommended him enough. Had a few issues with a tiler in our previous but a friend recommend Vince and now I wouldn't use anybody else. Thank you all for the advice. We have a utility area at the back that's off limits so thought would be a good safe haven. Might wait until just after christmas but good to know that its a disatrous idea x
