I think the point is that it's WRONG! Estate agents are the people who take from you extortionate admin fees, reference check "charges" and all sorts of other highly controversial "fees" so I do not see why this particular group of blood suckers should have some special rates, I would charge them TRIPLE to what the other business pay!!!
