I would also recommend Leon. When our oven recently stopped working he was very helpful in suggesting the potential cause of the problem by phone. When he came to do the job he was on time, polite and friendly, and managed to fix the oven 🙂. No hesitation in recommending.

Both my kids (now years 9 and 7) were at Bessemer for their whole primary years. We loved the school. Lots of outdoor space for a London school -4 different playground with only 2 year groups per playground. And their own Nature Garden where the children have lessons. A brilliant, diverse community. Would definitely recommend. And an extra plus is that it isn’t near any busy roads…

I would like to add to these recommendations of Nicola Kelly for garden design and planting. Nicola has recently done some work for us, designing and implementing a planting scheme for a small front garden. I know very little about gardening - Nicola took the time to discuss different ideas with me, find out what I liked/disliked, came up with 3 different planting schemes and then planted our chosen one. At all times Nicola was pleasant and easy to deal with, prompt and thorough in her communications and punctual. As mentioned above, at the end of the project we have an easy reference plant care list of what we now have in our beautiful front garden with instructions on how to care for them. I would certainly use Nicola again and recommend her without hesitation.

I would like to recommend Tony Pooley for garden design/landscaping. Our mid-size garden in Denmark Hill was previously patio and shrub beds and we were looking to make it more user friendly for our two young children. Tony suggested several ideas and worked with us to agree a design, taking into account both our thoughts and budget. We were impressed with the way that the work was carried out by Tony and his team and have been delighted with the result. We now have a relatively large area of artificial turf (which I thoroughly recommend) with raised beds and have kept the usable patio area. The kids love it and so do we.
