I second that recommendation for Dan. He sanded my floor, using a 90% dust free sander, thought the mess and dust would be huge but was not. he worked really hard had it done quickly and applied 4 coats of hard wearing sealant (other quotes did not include 4 coats)

went this morning, they open 07:30 and close 15:45 arrived at 07:50 and there was a 18 person wait... so worth getting there early!
