Odd, just seen an ambulance, 2 incident response unit cars and 1 paramedics car all with blue lights on driving in Cox Walk towards the old bridge... what?s happening?? Definitely nothing to do with the tent pitched up opposite Highwood Close... -

NOW FOUND, THANKS TO ALL WHO CARED AND CONTACTED US> _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Our bengal cat Basil (microchipped) didn't come home since Saturday night. Could be seen in the area near Cox Walk, Highwood Close, Lordship Lane near old Harvester pub. If you saw him or found him, please let us know.

Our 2 brand new bikes were stolen within 3 weeks from the day we've got them 2 years ago. I actually saw a few months ago two black hooded teenagers wondering around a bike rack opposite Mercia Court examining stored bikes with curiousity. The moment I hailed them they were gone laughing. Seems they visit our Highwood Close quite regularly to get anything not locked properly. We tried to speak to our managing agents but they were not keen to suggest any security improvements on site as it would incure extra expence and they would have to seek everybody's consent and those who don't have a bike would rather not bother with this. So the only solution is to buy the most decent lock and set "welcome" traps for these teens :))
