The Castle - Jenny the manager forced out

It's actually a lot better, think they must've had a few teething problems initially but we don't really notice them now which is how it was before with Jenny. -
And another recommendation for Steve the Spin Doctor, fast, efficient and reasonably priced.
-
Another recommendation for Milan he was prompt, efficient and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using him again.

Help with TV - we're leaving SKY and I don't think I understand the options

When my initial 12 months was up and the price was hiked up to something eyewatering I gave them a call and they gave me a load of deals to bring the cost right down again. The guy I spoke to was great and I'm not tied into a 12 month contract either. -
Our upstairs neighbours have sprung a leak into our flat and we can't find a number that works for Pedder. Does anyone have an out of hours contact number? Many thanks

I've just joined JAGS as well and it'd be great to find other people to have a game of squash with. Get in touch if you're interested.

We've already noticed the difference. We have had 3 years of no problems and suddenly it's noisy at night and waking us up. The clientelle has cleary changed although perhaps that's just because the Euros has started. Here is hoping it settles down. Although after less than a week...we're missing the old guard. -

So when can we expect the roads around Loughborough Junction to be reopened? James Barber are you able to find out? -

Had this reply from Lambeth this morning: During the first 3 weeks if you are caught by the CCTV car you will receive a warning notice for the first offence. Subsequent to that you run the risk of a PCN of ?130. Best wishes George Wright -

I've just got off the phone with Lambeth Council, they told me it's been in place since August 29th and they are aware that there aren't enough signs. I asked them if they are currently enforcing the closures to which they said they'll get back to me about that. -

Does anyone know when they are going to close this off? It's still not blocked off at the moment and cars are continuing to drive through. Edit Just found this: http://www.slp.co.uk/article.cfm?id=3292&headline=Loughborough%20Junction%20road%20closures%20%27causing%20absolute%20chaos%27 -
Long shot but we're off on holiday with our 6 month old in a few weeks. Does anyone have a bugaboo bee travel bag and or a maxi cosi car seat travel bag we could borrow???

Yes I mean the solid slabs of wood without the slats. Thanks for your help guys I might try and see some in action before committing.

Considering getting solid wood (unslatted) shutters for our nursery as an attractive way to block out the light for our daughter. Does anyone have this done and if so what are they like with regard to providing total blackout?
-
And another recommendation for Paul. My hard drive failed and he managed to recover the majority of my work, photos and then install a new hard drive all for a very reasonable price.

Just had Colin around this morning to put some shelves up. He was punctual, polite, reasonably priced and a nice guy. Couldn't recommend him more highly.
