  1. CALLING ALL MUMS-TO-BE! Prenatal classes help and inspire women to connect to their unborn child through yoga, music, poetry, breath and meditation creating a space for them to connect to their bodies, their babies and to one another in a conscious and joyful way. Pregnancy yoga also develops women?s personal and collective strength as well as their courage and wisdom ? as women and as mothers. YOGAHANA's prenatal classes combine relaxation techniques with stretching, strengthening, and breathing exercises to teach women the essential skill of being able to breathe correctly throughout labour and childbirth and in times of stress. Gentle yoga exercises will help to strengthen the pelvic floor and uterus, improve circulation, aid digestion, ease back pain and increase general well-being. It can also help to alleviate other pregnancy related discomforts like nausea, constipation, water retention and varicose veins. GAIA STUDIO is a boutique size studio with the maximum capacity of 9 people. Classes are therefore kept small to ensure individual attention and adjustments.   2. Mum and Baby Yoga class running every Monday 11AM-12.15 PM at Victor's Lab, 133 Rye Lane, SE15 4ST. Come and join other local mums for a fun yoga class followed by a cup of tea and a safe space to chat and share our experiences. Post natal yoga supports you in re-claiming your body, after 40 weeks of sharing it with your baby. By strengthening and aligning the body and re-focusing some attention on your own needs, you will be better equipped to make informed and conscious choices as a mother. It is also a great way to connect with your babies and spend some nurturing time together. The class includes gentle massage/yoga based sequence for babies. Love will be given to all parts of the body and gentle core work will help you to regain your vital, strong centre. Breath awareness and relaxation techniques will help to increase energy levels and help you cope with the stress of being a new mum, while having fun with tons of tickles and cuddles, and some basic baby massage, along the way! These classes are suitable for you from four weeks after birth until your baby begins to crawl and are a wonderful way to connect with other new mothers in a supportive and healthy environment. The class is followed by a tea/ cake time and an opportunity to get to know other local mums and babies....
