We used Richard and Andy during the summer for a variety of small jobs. Avoid Richard at all costs. He was a messy worker and most of the jobs he did had to be re-done as they were done carelessly and with little understanding of geometry or the basic principles of this type of work. Towards the end of the employment, as he was basically friendly and amenable we gave him payment before all the works were completed and of course he disappeared leaving work unfinished and bags of materials which we then had to dispose of. Despite numerous calls and messages left, he did not return to finish the work or return the money for the unfinished work.
