  2. I have recently had a garage converted into an office by Gintaras at Lightbuild ( [email protected]). Hi did an absolutely amazing job, worked to a short timeframe and problem solved any issues brilliantly. Throughout the process Gintaras communicated well, it was nice to see that he really takes pride in his work and there seems to be no job to big or too small. Further to all of these fantastic skills- he quoted very fairly on the job. I would definitely recommend and I am thrilled with the end result.

  4. 'Ease into Pregnancy' is a FREE one hour session, it is aimed at helping you to nurture yourself through common pregnancy discomforts including backache, hip pain, sore ribs and leg cramp.   7. I am a physiotherapist currently working on Lordship Lane (80a Lordship Lane, SE22 8HF), I would like to rent out my therapy room on the days that I do not use it. The room currently is spacious and has a plinth set up within it which can be used or collapsed and stored if not needed, there is access to a sink within the room and it has a window with an opaque screen over the glass. There are internal stairs to access the room. Prolapse is also a common problem for women of all ages; up to 50% of all women have an underlying type of vaginal prolapse in their lifetime usually following childbirth, menopause or hysterectomy.
