  1. So do you suggest people jump into the road when they see cyclist wizzing into them on the pavement??? 2. Have people really stopped caring to create their threads in the correct forum section? Honestly, the topics I keep seeing on a daily basis in the General ED issues / gossip. If you just take a second to browse the front page you will find a 'business' section 'Ask for recommendations, feedback and discuss East Dulwich businesses and services'. Stop being so lazy, guys & have some respect.
  3. I could not agree with you more, LadyDeliah. :)) I'm glad some of us on these forums still have their heads screwed on.
  4. Has mother been in touch with all of her friends? Hope she's safe - hopefully with a school friend.
  5. I don't think anybody ever gets tapped on the wrist for discussing Camberwell, Peckham, Nunhead, Forest Hill, Herne Hill... etc on here. In fact, my bets are on over half of EDF not even living in East Dulwich. But you should take this topic to the Family Room, as it doesn't belong in ED issues & gossip.
  6. There is more than one way to post a letter, PipD. If you still live in the area, you can post it yourself, a friend or relative.
  7. Why have you chosen to make a thread out of this now? Did you bother to report them? I don't get it...
  8. Yes! I was going to say the same thing. Wasn't this the cat that was taken up to a shelter & brought back home by his owner? I thought he had been found.. but looks like he may have gone wandering again.
  9. have little bats in our garden, that come out in the evening & fly from one end of the garden to the other - Cute!

She's lovely, I also have to agree with the cards - best cards in East Dulwich for me. Oh, & KalamityKel - I guess only your opinion counts. How obnoxious. People like you bring this forum down.
  11. I think the council need to stop faffing about with areas like Grove Vale & Lordship Lane & concentrate on the dangerous junction of Barry road. East Dulwich Grove &/or Zenoria Road(?) off Lordship Lane are both dangerous places to cross.
  12. I do wonder how yummy mummies would ever survive without their husbands credit cards, so you have to feel sorry for them really.
