  1. I've been training with Giulio for over 5 years now. I keep going back at least twice a week because he strikes the perfect balance of hard work and variety, so I never get too bored or downhearted [which was always a major problem with exercise and fitness in my pre Guilio days]. He is a no nonsense results-orientated trainer who doesn't waste my time with too much flowery theory - he just listens to what you want to achieve and doggedly gets on with the job of achieving that. I wanted to put on muscle and bulk and Guilio has me safely lifting weights I would never have been able to lift on my own, or with other less focussed trainers; I have experienced trainers before Guilio, but the fact that I have stuck with Guilio for so long, with no plans to leave, says it all really. And he has given me the confidence and knowledge to train myself regularly, which is something I had never previously felt able to do. He has written me personalised programmes - regularly updated - which actually work.
