Here are some suggestions: American football athletics badminton basketball cricket cycling dancing dry slope skiing football including 5-a-side golf gymnastics hockey indoor rock climbing martial arts netball rowing rugby skating skate boarding squash table tennis tennis ten pin bowling volleyball walking wrestling Whatever form of exercise you choose it is essential that it is something you really enjoy doing otherwise you are unlikely to keep it up. Team sports are a good way to socialise as well as get fit. If you are highly self-motivated solo activities may give you greater flexibility over where and when you exercise. You can ensure you are always motivated by setting achievable weekly and monthly goals. The best exercise is that which you can incorporate into your daily activities. Exercise need never be dull if you are creative. All the best Abi

You might like to try Old Jamaica ginger beer. It is quite firey. You can also experiment with fresh fruit juices if you have a blender.
