As it says, we need someone to come in and repair grouting in bathroom and to reseal bath. Both recommendations and enquiries welcome.

If it had been happy playing noises then there would be no objections but being woken up at 7.30 to screaming, shouting and cussing is objectionable. If it had been an immediate neighbour would have had a word but this was not in immediate vicinity, hence the objection to the travelled noise!

Dear Parent/carer It is extremely unneighbourly to allow your children to go out into the garden and shout and scream at 07.30 in the morning. Please consider your neighbours!

Just a warning on the rabbit front - our eldest is around 15 years old; very friendly though!

Premises visited at 10.00 yesterday; during working hours. Quote was to be delivered this evening after close of work at 5.30. Apologies were made for not delivering quote at close of business yesterday. Sorry if providing quote within such a short time frame is unacceptable but I am a working man.
