Yet another recommendation for Steve, I called him on Tuesday, he came round on Wednesday and had to give me the bad news that my machine was beyond repair. :( However, he told me about a great website, where I ordered a new one which was delivered the next day! Steve was kind enough to squeeze me in the next day to install my new machine, as well as giving me lots of tips about which one to buy and how to get our door put back on the new machine. Thanks Steve! -
